Rev 800 Big Volume Single Pipe Instruction Sheet

1.  Remove stock pipe & remove the aluminum shrouds with insulation

2.  The insulation & aluminum shrouds must be installed on the Dyno Port BLACK pipe!!      Install using stock springs.  Dyno Port CERAMIC SILVER Pipe can be installed without the heat shields.

3.  The stock jetting is a little rich and is ok to use with the Dyno Port pipe trail riding.

4.  If you lake run, jet 1 to 2 sizes larger.

5.  Good tuners can jet down 1 to 2 sides for running 1000' to 1/4 mile.  ( This means short distances only!)

6.  RPMs for tail riding = 8000-8200.  This will give you snappier performance and quicker back shifting.

Drag racing 7700-8000 (approx. 7700 for 500' and 7900 for 1/4 mile).

Mountain riders, you will run fastest on flat @ 79-8000 but need to adjust to 8-8200 for hill-climbing because motor will put back to 78-8 on hill due to spin & high load in deep powder.  This is normal.

Higher clicker # = more RPMs.
